EZCNC Router MW2030
EZCNC Router-MW Series are adopted the helical rack and pinion and the lastest Hybrid Servo Technology.Hybrid servo system has both advantages of step and servo motors, which never lose the steps and ensure the accurate location of motor, improving 30% of cutting speed; The vibration of motor is decreased apparently, it keeps stable operation and good cutting quality. Using EZController with gantry axis function, U-disk and network DNC can be used in connecting the machine of MW Series.

Base Frame
1.The gantry is made of a 200mm x 300mm steel tube that has
internal stiffeners. The gantries are welded, stressrelieved, and
precision machined. The gantry has been engineered to provide a
smooth, vibration free cut.
2.The GR Series base frame is a one piece tubular steel frame that
is welded, stress relieved, and machined. One piece construction
allows for a very accurate and smooth cutting system. It also
greatly reduces the amount of time need for installation and
basically removes the possibility for installation errors that
could effect the performance and accuracy of the system.
